In the past couple of weeks, we have been tying up several smaller projects. The was parted into small groups or pairs: affixing the last pieces of roofing onto the eyebrows, drilling through the roof to add sun tubes into the bathrooms, screwing drywall to the ceiling and some walls, lath stapled onto other walls, installing the swamp cooler, and digging trenches for our water and electric. Everyone had a moment where they were frustrated and may have thrown a tool or two to the ground. Every project ended in success and celebration (fist pumps, exclamations, long sighs). One week of spring break follows, then 1.5 months of earthen plaster.
